Even if this restaurant wasn't on the door step, we would travel to eat there. Wonderful freshly made Indian food from top class chef.Eat in or take away.

The Kings Head

One of the main pubs in Allendale serving local Allendale Brewery beer.

The Golden Lion

Next door to the Kings Head, this pub has local beers and a pool table as well as a dining room upstairs. It has recently installed a Craft Brewing system, so they can brew and serve their own beers.

The Cart's Bog

Dating back to 1775, this pub serves good food, local beers and has stunning views. Located at Langley 6 miles away.

The Elk's Head

Located at Whitfield, situated on the West Allen river, 4 miiles away, this pub serves food and has a large garden to sit in.
